Mystery Case Madame Fate

I love this game. But some of the puzzle, I just can't figure out.
I have played this four times now. When I get to the very last puzzle I can't ge pass the second one. How about having the programmer to these great games, making option to play puzzles or pass on them.

You should be able to click the phone to the right of the screen to pass any puzzle.
