It's called a Rockhound Certificate and I saw it in the Flea Market. It's expensive though.

The rockhound certificate is very rare, you have to keep checking for it. I finally saw it and got it (very exspensive I believe 15,000 but I could be wrong)

You have to keep checking. You will get it eventually, but it's just randomly placed in there.

Good luck.

Definitely expensive!! Saw it offered the first time I played a family and decided this is a luxury hobby that can wait until a future generation can afford to splurge!

Some of the Sim upgrades are expensive as well...!!

I got the certificate for 1,500 for one of my families. However, my second family it came up but I didn't have the 1,500 at the time. When I did, it had gone from the flea market. Humph!

So, does this mean that each new generation is require to renew the certificate? Could be easy to miss unless we happen to be able to browse the flea market 3 times each day ...after the merchandise is changed!

I'm running two different families rather than being the second generation. Does that make sense? So I don't think it has to be rebought.

My cert was 'only' 1,500 though and not 15,000.
