Family frozen

All of a sudden my family stopped moving. I can scroll around the screen and drag and drop the family members but they don't move at all. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm wondering if I have to "scrap" my family and start again.

Don't scrap, just hit your space bar on your computer....

If the problem isn't that the game was paused, it might be a glitch. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. You won't lose your families by doing that.
