Game keeps crashing???

Every time I let to mission 5, level 2 and come to the 'memory match' puzzle, the game crashes. I match two pics, but it says there's no match, and when I click on the hint button nothing happens. That means I can't progress any further with the game.

I am running the game on XP.

Can anyone advise me, please? I contacted Big Fish support but they told me to ask here.
