Fairway HD (ipad) -Bonus Pack 1

I competed level 9 and it looks like the game unlocked Ultimate Run course which is the first course in Bonus Pack 1. The frame around the course is flashing gold but when I "tap" the course nothing happens. There is a green $ in the corner of the course which is new but again nothing happens when I try to play this level. I can use my Golf Bucks to purchase other courses in this pack, but I want to know what the green $ means and why i can't play this particular course.

That '$' sign can sometimes pop up if the course hasn't registered that it has been unlocked yet. In most cases, going and playing another course or two will then get that to unlock normally. If you come back to that course in a bit, it should allow you to play. If you continue to experience problems with the course, please let our Mobile Support Team know so they can offer some tips to get that working.

I am having the same problem and have completed all other courses. Have also replayed some to no avail.
