gears/cogwheels

Where are they? I know what to do with the razor when I get to it but where are the other two gears/cogwheels/whatever you want to call them? Thanks

there's a chair I think in Rupert's room that you can cut open and get a cogwheel..

Actually there are two cogwheels in the library. One is in the chest of the mechanic man, the other you use the razor and cut open a pillow.
