Coins by trash

How do you collect the gold coins laying in the grass by the trash cans ? Thanks for anyones help.

I think you might actually be referring to the orange slices by the garbage cans. They do sort of look like gold coins. They are only there once-in-a-while and they are for solving one of the goals. I don't want to spoil it for you.
