the north wind

i captured the north wind at the white pass inside the cave. after that i went to the troll (who was guarding something at the happily ever after or something near that place) the troll will move if you use the north wind. but you are supposed to bring it to a guy in eredar. what should i do first?

hey i see u asked this long ago, i hope u got help from someone, but i would like to reply for the late bloomers of this game like me ...i read on the game site that there is one wind and 2 tasks which need it but, one has to choose to do one or the other at this point and one task will not get done in the game.....they also say that neither task is important for the story..... i have seen the troll but not the wind yet.....personaly i wish i could find a way to do both task when the time comes if anyone out there knows a way please dont be shy.....lol even if the post is old!

If you use the north wind on the troll, you'll get an item which will complete a quest you may or may not have picked up in Happily Ever After. The reward for that quest will be something that will make your travels go a bit faster, but you won't have a chance to level up the old fashioned way. I can't remember what you get for giving the north wind to the guy at the wind lab.

I didn't want to start a new subject so I hope someone sees this ... I need hints on how to defeat the north wind.

Nevermind ... Perseverance and trying many combinations of characters and weapons finally did it.

where do i get a bottle for the wind at?

You need to find a wife for the warthog in Happily Ever After. He'll "reward" you with a bottle.
