A glich

Please refund my money for House of 1000 Doors: The Palm od Zoroaster.
I have never been able to get into it. It says thank you for playing rather than opening the game. My computer acts as if everything is going normally, then just says I have finished.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times to no avail.

Let's start over. Please advise.

Was this problem ever resolved for you? I downloaded the free hour and played it just fine but when I bought it and reinstalled it I found that I cannot open it either. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it but still it will not open, instead it opens the game manager and says play again.
