Problems

This game has locked up on me twice and I have to close it down then reopen it. 1st time was when I tried to fix the amulet and 2nd time when I tried to pick up the hamster.....I can't get it, game keeps locking up. Closed it, reopened it but still can't get the hamster, locks up immediately. Now what? Do I have to reinstall it?

Try reinstalling and if that doesn't work then drop a note to tech support
