Can't finish the key, says I need a tool.

I'm trying to make that flat key. I've got all the little boards. Got the key made. Got the impression. But it keeps saying I need a tool. Yet when I look at the book with the guide it says nothing about the tool. And when I hit the hint button it does nothing. Do I need to just start over?

Same here. And the hint button is frozen or rather just not working. Called for help and she wanted me to send a dr. felix report because she said it looked as if the direction for the game to continue was not working. I hate Dr. Felix reports, don't think I should have to send them and really, really think a game should work!
