HELP MY GAME STUCK... DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE!!!!

[b][i] PLEASE HELP ME OUT ... AFTER I'VE FINISHED THE GAME ONCE YESTERDAY... AND START A NEW GAME UNDER ANOTHER PLAYERNAME UNTILL CHAPTER 5... THIS MORNING THE GAME WON'T START AGAIN... ONLY QUICK BLACK SCREEN AND THAN NOTHING AT ALL.. UNINSTALLED - REINSTALLED... NOTHING AT ALL....PLEASE HELP!!!

If someone helps you maybe they can also help me. I'm having the same problem in that I am only getting the black screen. I've uninstalled and reinstilled 3 times and still am getting the black screen. Also I haven't even played the game through yet.HELP!!

Delete the "SerpentOfIsis" - Folder at:

For Windows Vista:
C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\SerpentOfIsis

For WinXP :
C:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\SerpentOfIsis

and try to start the game again.
Note: Your saved game data will be lost!

You should both contact Customer Support. They are wonderful, and will work to resolve the problem for you. There is a green envelope at the bottom of the page right hand side, just click on it and follow the instructions.

I just bought the game and mine does the same thing. I go to play, quick flash black screen then back to my desktop. Any ideas to fix? Thanks!

Did you do what Frunny said? If anyone had installed the beta version of Serpent of Isis most likely they'll have to do this.

I don't see that folder to delete??? I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it...still does the same thing

It might be a hidden folder. If your running Vista, try doing a search for AppData on your machine. Once you find that folder then go into roaming folder and delete the serpent of isis folder.

I have XP, I'm searching right now for serpent of isis...what exact thing am I suppose to delete? About 15 things come up

I don't see that folder

Search for a folder called "PLDATA" - you can delete all of them. Probably you will find 2.

If you can`t get up AppData, Search under `advance search` and check the box for hidden files. Then you should get up AppData folders and one of them should contain: Roaming; The Serpent of Isis.
