Help! Stuck.

I've almost finished the game, and I think there maybe a glitch. I have every recipe except one, and the tasting lab will not allow me to create a new recipe for the exotic i'm missing! I have visited every port(several times) including the secret ports, and believe I have purchased every ingredient possible. Am I missing something?
