OK let me rephrase this

I have purchased the flowers and go back to the shop in Casablancsa to give the woman the flowers. I click on the store and she appologizes for being rude, but does not accept the flowers. WHAT do I do to make her accept the flowers??????

Does she mention what flowers she is expecting?

I found that at first I had flowers but they weren't the right ones.

Try purchasing 12 roses and 12 assorted tulips, it worked for me.
