If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

game download is not working whatsoever even my game manager wont even recongize that its not working please fix this issue i have a windows 7 so what help could you offer me?

tried again got error writing temporary file message whats that and mean and what to do???

Hi ark161,

I'm sorry to hear that's happening. When there are issues with writing files, that can sometimes be caused by a lack of permissions for files to be saved to your hard drive. The best way to receive help with that is to get in touch with our Tech Support Team so they can look into that further for you. They should be able to offer some troubleshooting steps and get you back to gaming quickly!

trying to download game, its giving me download problems, have a brand new computer that's one week old, with windows 8

Especially when a computer is brand new, it can happen that some programs or settings are still blocking the download of your games. YOu can find some easy steps that might help solve this by clicking here.

The inventory bar and menu don't show up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice.

I am so sorry to hear that!

It sounds to me that your game may not be functioning as it should so I would encourage you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps.

Creating a new player profile can sometimes help as well, but keep in mind that doing this would require you to start over from the beginning.

Game closing

I think I am at the middle of the game, everything was going on well but now, I am in the salon and the game closes suddenly.
I started again and again and the same thing appears each time.
The game closes.
What can I do?
