While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.
The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.
If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

I went to play this game for the 2nd time and no sound. I uninstalled with the idea of re installing to see if I got the sounds back. Now I cannot install again. I get no messages it just wont que in the game manager. Am I doing something wrong??? This has never happened to me before.
oops I am on a pc, win 7 exp 10.

I'm so sorry to hear that it seems like the re installation of the game is giving you trouble even though it worked before.
In this case I would recommend that you get in touch with our Tech Support Team so they can have a look at everything. Ever since the new Game Manager app was installed I have had extraordinary trouble with this game not loading from the desktop icon, or from the Game Manager.
The icon starts working, then stops, then NOTHING. It freezes my computer and I have to turn it off completely and yesterday, about 6 times, today three times already. It has worked for me about four times since I bought it.
This has only happened since you installed the new Game Manager app. It is not my computer, Dr Felix doesn't work on my pc anyway and I suggest it is a bug within the Game Manager.
I have done nothing differently with software, the game just won't load from either the icon or the Game Manager every single time.
Could you please look into it?

In the last mini game (candles), I thought that the developers would like to know that at the end, sometimes there is one red jewel and sometimes there are two. When one red drops, even if you catch it, the program does not give you the score for the red jewel. If there are two that drop, then the player can get one of the red jewels. No biggie. Just thought they would want to know.
