carriage house downstairs

I had to start game over and the first time I had no trouble getting the clock=like thing next to the domino game to work but now the cursor won't light up on it. I have done the golf puzzle at least twice and saved my game but the meter-like or clock-like thing that has only one hand won't accept the cursor
