help

I am having problems with this game. When i plot the combination of the 'clock tower' #1 it say that the combination doesn't match, i've try everything and it doesn't work. Somebody please help me.

Don't know if anyone has helped you..my only suggestion is one BFG told me to do & that is delete the game & re-install it again...have you purchased the game or only on the trial?
