Clock in study

Can any kind person please tell me what time I set the clock hands to in the study with the vault. I have tried every set of numbers but nothing is happening and I can't finish the game without knowing. I bought this one and I think it's great.

According to the walk through it's 4 P.M. It's been awhile since I've played this game so don't remember. Hopefully this works for you!

Thank you. You were quite right the time was actually on the telescope. Thanks now been able to finish the game
