Finished Cradle Of Persia

I have final finished Cradle of Persia, the last level got me stuck for a bit but i got it in the end. Not bad for an old girl.

I have gotten as far as 92 and lost all lives and started over. My problem is when I buy, everything will go fine until I buy a certain building and the fire works start and i can't get out of the game. i have to restart pc.it happened when buying the stables one time, then the next instead of buying it first, i bought the bulls, when i went back to buying stables it worked fine but it would happen with another building and has become quite frustrating. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but still have the same problem. at the moment the stables are ready to buy but i can't purchase because i have to restart pc again and stables still there to buy and no other building will become available until i purchase.I've had to start at level 1 to see if it would help but it doesn't so i feel this game is a lost cause.I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem.
