Where are you from???

Saw this suggestion and thought I'd start it off. I'm Lisa, a 48 year old who is finishing her Masters degree in counseling (online of course!) We moved 6 months ago to Melbourne Beach Florida after having living in Southern California all my life. I love it here, but I miss my 2 sons (ages 24 and 25) and the 3 boo boo kitty's we left behind.

Hi. I'm from mid-Michigan. Retired, 60, cat lover, and hidden object addict. Have one daughter who is working on her Masters. I have one granddaughter, 17, who just finished 11th grade as well as being dual enrolled in college taking algebra I and II. Avid reader. Many times will listen to a book on my computer while I play games ... and have tv on mute with QVC channel ... multi-tasking to the max LOL.

Mmmmm Lisa, I'm melting butter as we speak! I'm a 48-year-old minnow from suburban Philadelphia, lived in the area all my life. I'm one of 8 kids (I'm #5), all of which are still in the area too, with lots of nieces and nephews, so you can imagine the mania at holidays! Divorced with 2 sons, ages 22 and 25, and adopted momma to 6-year-old Ozzie . I too am a un-rehabilitated HO addict, a chronic insomniac, and a certified Beatles fuh-REAK! Most nights you'll find me plopped in front of my computer, playing my games, listening to my music, classic rock ONLY. Love making new friends, which is why I so enjoy this forum. So a BIG welcome to all you sea anemones, jellyfish and seahorses, hope to see you all around here often!

Hey memaw, I'm only about a half-hour east of the outskirts of Lancaster County. Small world!

I'll be 45 in less than a month. I'm a widow who has lived her while life in Illinois. My games of choice are HO, some match 3, the Westward games and the Virtual Villager games.

Welcome aboard Debala! I lived in Rock Island (the Quad City area) for about 4 years while hubby went to Palmer College. I loved Illinois. I especially miss the Chicago pizza.

I grew up in Chicago, but now live about 60 miles south of there. The only Chicago style pizza I like is from Gino's East as it's made with a cornbread crust.

Hi all, I have lived in Maine all of my life. I'm heading on to the big 65 in 5 more months. I have 3 children, 12 grand-children and 7 soon to be 8 great-granchildren and 1 4 legged son named Feisty who's an orange tiger cat.

Hi all! Might as well chime in with a little info about me! I just turned 51 and live in the Chicago suburbs. I'm mom to Joey & Chandler (who are cats but just don't know it), and married to a great guy. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, but have lived here in Illinois for about 28 years. I've been playing games for over two years now and am lovin' it and the people I've met on various boards--looks like a great group here. When not working or gaming, I enjoy painting and gardening.

And Gino's pizza is great--so is Giordano's and Nancy's--lots to choose from!

Hi, I was born in Kansas but have lived in Missouri since I was two. I am 45 and would really love to move to North Carolina.

Hey, CONGRATS to all of you who have moved up. I was born and lived in TN thru my young years, later as a professional musician, traveled all over but finally settled down (grew up-yeehee) became a SAC and stayed in MO. which is where I now make my home. Have three daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Don't see them very often but we keep in touch. I am retired so have plenty of free time to play games. Nothing but HO games, I must say-just can't get into the other kind. Welp, best go for now-later Have a good day.
