The Heart Door

I wrote that there is one in the shed next to the cottage, not just the cottage. Did you look there? Did you check the attic of the mansion? Sometimes there's one in the dollhouse in the twins' bedroom of the gingerbread house.

Yes, yes & Yes. The last one I found was with the doll tea party. Since then, it's been back & forth; up & down. Maybe, since rereading prior posts, I will take another look at the heart door - I wonder if I missed it being open?
I read about the book in the study to the left. Found nothing I thought was important, but left it open on the page with the heart. Maybe I missed something with the door.

No such luck. I can find nothing to get to that last heart.
I sure hope I don't have to start over. I already have 22 hrs into this game.
not that I wouldn't like to do it again & probably will.

OK, I quit. It was fun up until the end. There must be some kind of glitch. I have been working on the last heart for 2 days. I have gone back & forth from gate to door without a sparkle. I figure after 5 trips thru everything without luck, something has gone haywire. If anyone else has had this problem, please post. I would love to NOT be the only one. Thanks. Great Game!

Have you reported this to Tech Support? They really need to be made aware of this.

I thought I was going nuts! Got all the hearts and "no go"! Tried to take them out and start agian with no luck. It was the first game I have ever played and had a ball until the end. What a bummer!

I have all ten hearts in place as well..plus another one in my inventory that I don't know what to do with. This is very disappointing. I've been all loving this game. In order for the hearts door to open there should be a gold locket with the inscription "To My Dearest Emma" in the middle of a large pink heart shaped area and 10 jeweled hearts around it.
One time when I played I collected and placed 9 of the 10 Jeweled Hearts, then I went back and found the last one. When I came back to the place for the hearts it was very difficult to tell where to put the one heart that I had with me. The one empty space didn’t look that different from some of the other hearts. I actually had to take the one heart I had and try it in several places until I found the empty space and it finally stuck.

If any of the small hearts have a pink background with a gold heart shape in the center, then that is an empty space waiting for a jeweled heart.

Perhaps you still have one more to find and you can’t tell that you have an empty space. When I looked at the board I would have sworn that they were all there but I knew they couldn’t be because I still had the one in my inventory.

If you have filled all the spaces with the gold locket and the jeweled hearts and the door still doesn’t open then you have hit a glitch and you will need to start the game again as a new player. Just be sure that none of the small heart spaces are pink with a gold heart shape.

I can't believe I got stuck on that. It turned out that there was indeed still an empty spot. Thank you for describing exactly what that spot looked like. Geesh. Talk about a brain fart!!

Just want to say that when you THINK you have all the hearts
YOU DON"T
if yuo're having a problem finishing, thenyou simply don't have them all
take it from someone who called tech support
loaded and reloaded
walked around and around and around the mansion...
and finally after reading the notes here in the pond i realised
i was just simply missing something and i needed to go back
CAREFULLY
searching each place.
someone said start at the front gate and work your way around slowly.
sometimes when we get frustrated we THINK we've been everywhere,
when sad to say we obviously haven't.
i know, i know, what your thinking....
JUST DO IT!
Have fun with it and laugh at yourself when you have that AHA ! moment.

It's there...it really is, the you get to finish the game....

i got all 10 hearts in the heart door but the door will not open. i try taking the hearts out and rearrange them but can't get them out either. so want am i doing wrong

I have all the hearts and it won't open. I went back to the book and turned pages for 1/2 hour straight, and it kept repeating and repeating, nothing seemed to happen. Any other hints?

The last heart is in the boat on the way to the Son's house. Take the train back to the beach where the son's house is.

Not necessarily. The hearts are in different scenes each game. The only heart that can always be found in the same place is Emma's locket.

I JUST GOT THE HEART AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT.....ALSO GOT OUT OF THERE THEATER AND DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY HEART WARMING .....
