Hi all, my first time on. my question is: whats with the laser beams? How do I get the "Professor" as my shield doesn't do anything? Dumb Nana here! lol

PLEASE HELP!
I'm at the level, with the missing medallions- 4 rooms- each has a diffetent colored tile to be placed above the entry/door way. I have three of the medals, however the Air Medal is the one I can't get. I know exactly where it is but I have no more tools and the medal is behind green curtain/cloth. Any answers for me would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

You need both the Fire Urn and the Water Urn in your inventory before you can get the Air Medal. You put the Fire Urn in the center then the Water Urn over it and the steam make the cloth rise so you can get the Air Medal.

Does anyone know how you advance in the area with the lasers and then you need to get dr butler, and all you have is a useless shield?

After placing the scarf and roses in the tubes the horizontal laser beams go away and vertical red beams appear at the back of the room. You then put the shield over the beams in front of the door on the far left. The professor is there in the dumbwaiter.

Ok, so something is wrong with my version of the game if the scarf has been used and all but the lasers are all still there? I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it picks back up at the same place.

Ok, I had to erase all data and erase and uninstall then the laser area did the right thing. In my first version none disappeared after using all items except shield. Anyway, finished it and it was fun!

For the room with the lasers; if you look closely you will see that there is in fact a clear path to each of the tubes. The laser beams are actually a sort of maze. Use caution, and you should be able to place each rose in the correct spot. The shield is not used on the these lasers at all. Hope that helps!

You have to navigate through the horizontal laser beams without touching them and place the Roses and the Scarf in the correct tubes for each country. Then the horizontal lasers will disappear and new vertical red laser beams will appear in the rear of the room. You will use the Shield on the red vertical laser beams to free the Professor. And then you will use the Shield again on the red vertical laser beams to open the exit from the room.

i am stuck at the place where you place the island and use the rake around them. i got all but one done and it keeps telling me to make it more like the map, which i have painstakingly done. one of the posts said not to worry about the lines around the islands but mine seems to have a mind of its own. i havnt had any glitches or problems up to this point so i have got to be doing something wrong. please help.

Make sure that the lines connect in one stroke- make it continuous- not pretty

Check your HUTS and ROCKS to see if you can move any of them. When they are placed in the correct positions a big puff of black is seen.

Make the raking motion around each individual rock and the shoreline without letting up on the mouse. Then when you have finished raking around a rock or the shoreline, even though your lines are messy, the game will sort of register your lines and then the lines will turn smooth and look neat and pretty.

When you finish an EXIT hole will open on the bottom left.

IT STILL WILL NOT PLAY KEEP SAYING ERROR WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?

Has any one else had a computer crash with this game? I uninstalled and reinstalled twice (lap top with Vista) and it still wil not work. I got up to three roses with out any problems. This is very disapointing I was really enjoying the game and wanted to finish. Any advise from you bigggest fish in the forums.

BF sent me a new back-up disc, saying that there was a glitch in some of the programs for this game. I didn't have one in my version, but maybe you do. Ask customer service if they have fixed the on-line version as well. If so, go back and redownload it. That should help.

Still hoping for a reply about the snake eye and how to remove it from dirt.

Any help???

Hello e1..new to this forum. Shablee...I found one eye in the upper right corner and the second one in the water in the pond closest to you on the bottom..hope this helps..

Now, I have read all the posts and haven't found one for the one I am stuck in...I am in the wine cellar..or the not found yet room...I have to get the trumpet at the top right corner. I can see it behind the cobwebs and all I have left is the vinegar. I cannot for the best of me, get it...can some one help?

I'm trying to play the game again and I can't get past the dynamite level. It doesn't keep the hammer in the tools so you can get the handle. Anyone else having the same problem?

Don't need help now...figured it out..

So far I'm really enjoying the game, but I have hit a snag. I can't seem to get passed the screen where there is a tent, dynamite and a large rock. I have to use a tool to get into the tool box, but none of my tools work. I have to find a key, but have no other place to look on my screen but in the tool box. Can anybody help me?
