How do you unlock the totem pole milestone?

Hi Chickenbean:

To solve the totem pole question, you need to have a villager master three skills. Once this is done, a totem pole will appear and that villager will become an "Elder."

I have played this game many times . . .it's awesome!

wut are the totem poles i got a master in science master in buildin n a master in farmin but i dont see anything....

MASTER 3 SKILLS YOU GET A TOTEM.DID YOU KNOW THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 50 TOTEMS PER TRIBE?-BUT THEN IM JUST BRAGGING !!!!!

You need 1 person mastering 3 skills... not three people mastering 1 skill.
