Trick or treat! Now you have the unique opportunity to relive Halloween night! Are you afraid of ghosts? Can you get lots of tasty candy faster than your friends? Will you be able to fool an old witch? Find out in Fill and Cross: Trick or Treat, an exceptionally spooky puzzle game!

This is the offering after almost 2 months of no TM games? I am tired of paying 6.99 a month just to open the website, look at the pictures of all the daily HOG games and promptly leave.

I see on other sites the new Delicious Emily's Caribbean Cruise is out and has been for a month. Why isn't BF offering it?

I love nangrams and this game has more than 100 of them. They should get more complicated as you progress. What I do not like about it is there seems to be no tolerance of mistakes and no Hints. I have been kicked out three times now because I "made too many mistakes" and yet I did not see any so that is a mystery to me. Also, I turn the sound down low (but not off) yet when I go back in the game it is at top vol. I can turn it off altogether but cannot make it quieter. I play while watching TV and want no music and low vol. so that I can still hear what I'm doing.

I "bought" this with a coupon because I have a lot of them and need to use them plus, as I said, I love nanograms!

Update: It does have Hints. Also, although only two mistakes are allowed there are more that are locked. I don't know what it takes to unlock the ability to make more mistakes but I suppose at some point it will happen. Maybe at the end of each section a new one opens. Also, I agree that the x'ed cells are difficult to see. There is highlighting but it is so dim that you can hardly tell which column or row you are working on. For me, LobsterSoft's game was the best and it is a great disappointment that their second game seems to have never been released. I have played their first one several times.

This game was previously released as a free game on another site. What's happened to Big Fish?

I despise these beyond almost anything. I have never been able to figure them out and it would seem that the tutorial would have taught you better how to play the game. 8 Floor, keep working honey, but don't use these types of puzzles. Or at least give hints or skips. However, that is what I would have to do with this game. Skip every puzzle. No BUY!

Not a great game, sort of old fashioned and cludgy. Basic "fill-in-the-blanks" without any of the charm of the other games of this genre.

Must admit, I'm a HOPA person but I do enjoy other types of games for a change. Have several of these Fill and Cross, lots of Match 3, Time Mgt, etc. So, I'm not just commenting on a game style that I don't like.... This one just didn't grab me and I deleted after about 15 min.

Going back to play Spooky Bonus match game since I've finished my last two CE HOPA's. Fingers crossed that Halloween brings a good game 'cause this one just doesn't make the grade.

Of course, politically correct disclaimer: try it yourself and see what you think. My opinion is just my opinion.

This game is an absolute NO BUY for me! I do not care for this type of game. This is a single faceted game that appeals to such a small group of people I cannot believe this is the TGT. On second thought yes I can. This is the kind of fare BF has been dishing up a lot lately. They only keep us coming back by throwing in a CE once or twice a week and even these are generally becoming stale as well as shorter in playing time. They are either making their money on iPhone/iPad games, which I have a hard time believing, or they are throwing all their eggs in one basket hoping to score big on peoples gambling addictions with the new BF CASINO games. "The game that keeps on Paying!" This current TGT is an embarrassment to gamers everywhere, and especially to loyal BFG members.

I like the concept of the game and for the first section it was fine, but I'm with the other fishy who is frustrated by the lack of tolerance for errors in this game. The errors do show up on the grid as X's...but as the difficulty increases the allowed errors should increase. Like another fishy, I purchased this with a coupon code because I have a ton, have lost some from previous months because there just haven't been enough worthwhile offerings to use the coupons on.

I probably won't play this game much further because it's becoming too frustrating and I don't play computer games to be frustrated. I play them to unwind.

I really like these games - usually. However, I find the screens very hard to read, the 'X's are too pale and the rows and columns aren't highlighted so it's hard to tell which one you're on. Not a buy for me.

Not a bad nanogram version. Not as good as Arizona Rose but IMO it is on par with the World Riddles games.

There are 6 rooms with 20 levels each room. It took me almost the full hour to finish the first room so at least a 5 to 6 hour game. You earn stars per level and need a certain amount to open up the next room.

The mistake penalty is very unforgiving as one mistake costs you a star. Hints would cost you a star as well ( although there is an achievement for using 15 hints). Although the game is not technically timed I think you would lose a star if it took too long to finish.

The difficulty progresses pretty quickly. By the time I finished the first room I was already at 15 X 10. Some of the possible options are difficult so easy to get an error on the later levels. You can replay again immediately or later though.

For those that like these kind of games it is definitely worth a pcc or a DD. It will go on my eventually to get list while I wait for one of those options to come along.

The $64,000 question

This game was too hard to see, and you can't make mistakes or it kicks you out. So, no trial and error or even playing around, shifting the Xs to see if you're right or have a better way.

:sigh: Open the BF site, spend 2 seconds seeing the new game, close the BF site. I used to live in this place....

I think govols2 is right on the mark. I too would put it with Arizona and World Mosaics. There are very few hints to begin with but as game you can have up to 6. Same goes for the allowance on mistakes.

I think it's great for a pcc as well, and even tho oz doesn't celebrate Halloween, I may get it so I'm in the spirit of things. (after all half my inet pals are US!)

In the same category as Arizona Rose?? Not even close. I bought AR a couple of weeks ago and I'm still playing it. You have minigames, you have bonuses to use. It's nowhere near Arizona Rose imo.

Picman left G.H. and started B.F. years ago. Since then G.H. will not allow their privately developed games to be published on this site. So you will never see any of the "Emily" series here.

I can not get past level 4. All my puzzles are at 3 stars and I did not spend any cash on extras. I am nowhere close enough to purchase level 5. Am I missing something?

Interesting..I see Jo's Organic Coffee 2 is out now as well on G H...If this site doesn't offer that one either, I'm done here. I'm tired of paying 6.99 a month for games I'll never play. Not a decent TM game in a long time here.
