Post any Technical Issues for Fill and Cross: Trick or Treat here

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

Playing on Windows 7. Everything was fine until I got to room 4. All levels are padlocked and I cannot continue the game. Please cancel this post as I have gone back into game and can now access this room

I tried to play it twice, both times when you must use the hint in the tutorial, my computer crashed...
I get the message from windows that my computer was recoverd from a serieus fault.

so no more fill and cross for me, i removed it

I just downloaded the trial and it says "Trial Expired" I do not remember playing this one before, has this game been recycled?

fcockburn, I'm happy to hear that your game seems to be working properly now!

otineke I can certainly understand why you would uninstall the game, but if you want to give that another try, HERE'S a help article with some suggestions for when a game crashes like that.

hpnutter, this sometimes happens when there's a hiccup in the download. I'd give uninstalling and reinstalling that trial another go and I think this will solve the issue.

If these suggestion don't work, our lovely Tech Support Reps are always happy to offer more dedicated assistance to help sort out issues.

I can not get past level 4. All my puzzles are at 3 stars and I did not spend any cash on extras. I am nowhere close enough to purchase level 5. Am I missing something?

I quit the trial game and it went to a blue screen. After my computer restarted I checked and the game said I still had 60 Min. I just uninstalled it.

Been playing this near constantly since it came out and was playing it last night fine.

Came on today to find the annoying visual runtime error that means you can't get into it. Fair enough - went through all the steps that I found online.


Reinstalled the game after I had restarted my computer - now I can't even OPEN IT AT ALL. I click on the game and then... nothing happens!

Argh!! Support doesn't seem to be much use as they give out the same 'fixes' to everyone and nothing seems to be working that I try
