Isis

[Post New]by BlackWaterRules on Nov 30, 13 10:50 AM
One of the things I liked most about the game was Isis,
the cat bequeathed to the player by Madame Fate.
I always forgot to enlist her help until prompted by the game.
She was so much like real cats I've known
that it gave the game an even eerier feeling.

lol......maybe that was why you kept forgetting to ask her for help....
I mean, much as I love cats, the look they will give you if you disturb their nap for ANYTHING!

Yup, I loved Isis too. If we didn't wish to buy her stuff, then it was entirely up to the player and no dressing up either.

I don't mind admitting that I bought every item she had an interaction with. I loved taking photos of her; they'd be different each time.

Adored her help in the game. It wasn't sugary sweet, but just right and she made me laugh, which is way up on my life priorities nowadays. Go Isis!!

no....not sugary sweet...
as with any real cat, at least a happy and confident cat, we are treated to plenty of views of her ahem, posterior, which thankfully is a completely inky black. unlike many real cats I know.

I bought her tons of stuff, too. And then when I realized she'd interact with the stuff.... well, I spent awhile doing that. Watching her chase the bee (or whatever it was) was awesome. Kudos to the developers because they really authenticated the cat movements. A lithe cat like that would jump around and reach, etc.

I have my own Isis look-a-like who is nearly 5 months old, she purrs like a tractor and is sleek and slim (@ Tookat she is called Kattoo and has an inky posterior).

Have you seen what happens when you comb Isis - I almost choked with laughter.

I really like the option to play Solitaire for extra money in the store.
Now can buy Isis more things, while I am either waiting for inspiration to hit me on how to play a puzzle I am stuck in.....or to hopefully get an answer from inside the forums.

I wish we had the option of more than one Solitaire game besides easy and hard mode.

Isis was one of my favorite things about the game as well. But then again I'm owned by a few cats. LOL

I bought everything I could, but either haven't found all the pounds or didn't manage what I had that well. Because there is still a good amount left to buy. LOL

Some players found 300 pounds .
I didn't find nearly that much but
I did pick up quite a few in solitaire.
The first time I combed Isis I couldn't believe it.
She purred and then all her hair stood on end
and it looked like she got a little static shock.

dang....
I never thought to keep track of how much money I have found.
But, I know I have won aprox $30 at Solitaire.....and that it WAS NOT EASY!
but, I am a sucker for a putty kat......so, I want Isis to have all her things....and, I like comfortable surroundings for myself.....and it looks like Isis and I are going to share that tent.

The mirror for Isis is also good...Madam Fate pets her through it.

At the end of bonus game she leaves with MF?

.............I always love "helper" animals in the game; especially like how she purrs every time you put the cursor over her.............and the darling gold rings on the end of her tail!!!

I'm not going to want to let Isis go at the end of the game.
Next to my cat, Isis is the smartest cat I ever saw....ok, maybe Isis is smarter than Pesky, but don't let her know!

I'd love to have a wallpaper of just Isis by herself... I can't handle Mdm Fate's freaky corpse eye on my desktop LOL! It would be awesome if you had a photo album of the pics you can take of her with the camera that you could chose from to set as wallpaper.

I wish I had an Isis wallpaper.
That's a great idea.

should have answered this before....
Lucky you Daxadillion......I hope you and Kattoo will have years of great fun together.......without too many incidents of turning her fur electric.
Pesky, objects severely to electric shock...and is certain it is always my fault.

I find myself playing solitaire several times a day
to buy more things for Isis.
I feel like I'm possessed.

lol lol lol

you must be owned by at least one cat!
(and if not....you are ready to...except the cat will rarely ever accept anything you buy them.....but will love the box or bag it came in)
