Cate West: Vanishing Files

I was playing this game and at the end of every Chapter, it sends me back to my desktop. Anyone else having this problem? I've contacted BF, but it may be awhile before I hear from them.

me too comes up error, or freezes, when you get it back carrys on, i have downloaded twice from my account, any replys/ thanks
