I also wanted to add that this thread has been reserved for reviews only.

If you have any questions about someone else's review (even if you feel that their review contains incorrect details about this game), please contact that user directly via PM instead of replying to or quoting their post, as this can develop into a discussion that is not suitable for the review thread.

We want to ensure that everyone who visits this thread can easily find the reviews that they're looking for, so the Moderation Team will be removing any off-topic posts (i.e. non-reviews).

(For any non-review related posts, please feel free to create a "Comments" thread in this Game Forum if there isn't one already. You can always create a new thread for any game questions or tips.)

Thank you!

I absolutely love the graphics on this one, and it is almost identical to other defense games. I love the horses prancing in and all the characters, just need some help on defeating some of the levels.

Gasp!! This is the 2nd game this week that I have found, loved & bought yet had never, ever, ever noticed on Big Fish - ever. I have played 45 or so minutes so far & I really like it - definitely feeds that TD hunger.

I am *quite surprised at the similarity between this & the Royal Defense series of games. Literally the only difference I'm seeing is that the graphics are of a different style. So strange...! I don't get it. If this is made by the same guys, and is very identical why change the name?

Answering my own question: There was this one RD game - not sure if it were the most recently released one, but the game garnered terrible reviews because it played through with literally no instructions. Now, some games are ok without any directions - players can mess around & figure things out. However that one game? Noooo not so much. I think I had stuck with it & bought the full version, but I cant remember how it ended up being overall. SO ANYWAY... I'm just mentioning that because of the striking similarities here ~ due to the lack of instructions, I think most players rather quickly gave up in frustration. (see the reviews) Soooo I guess if they wanted to distance themselves from the other game? I dunno.

On the other hand, if Medieval Defenders is made by anyone who was not involved with the Royal Defense trio of games, uhhhh.... that'd be like trying to sell a recipe for round pastries with holes in the center to a donut shop.

EDITED 2 DAYS LATER AFTER PLAYING SOME: woooooh yeah!!!!! I love this freaking game!! Medieval Defenders is excellent. Its all you could want in a TD game. I cant even think of a single negative. OK maybe one but shoot. This is great. I want to compare it with the Royal Envoy series in that it seem practically flawless.
NOBODY EVEN KNOWS THIS IS BEING SOLD ON BIG FISH!! Nobody, I'm telling you!! Wish I could get the word out. Perhaps if I type a really bad word here in my review I can get the attention of the..... nah!
