Colored tiles in door puzzle

I rarely skip puzzles, but I want to skip this one! It's the colored tiles in the door in the town square. There is no option to reset OR skip. Help! I'm tired of trying to figure it out.

I agree with you with the colored tiles. It seemed impossible and I did skip this one. This is at the Train Station. I couldn't take anymore time trying to solve this puzzle. These puzzles just irritate me so I do skip them but not many. Good luck; Kitaboy

Update: Ah ha! I just solved the colored tile puzzle!

I have been stuck on this for days, can someone tell me how to get out of it, the help tells you to hold and move, my tiles do nothing , it's like the game has frozen
