How do I delete flowers from tables and replace with roses?

I don't know how to delete flowers off the tables to replace them with roses? Can anyone help me?

I haven't been able to figure this out either. You can buy an additional table and add roses there but so far I haven't been able to replace any flowers. I don't like this as now I have all different types of flowers on the tables.

I've worked it out now, you cant delete anything on Organic Coffee 2 like you could with the first version. I had to start over as I added the daisies to all tables so could never add the roses and complete the objective, so frustrating! Now started the game again but now having another issue that the staff wont make or take orders of the summer lattes for some reason!

Barristas have an upgrade that determines how many ingredients can be in a drink they make. If they aren't taking this 3 ingredient drink, they probably need that upgrade. Find it in the staff section (same place they are hired).
