What Tape? How do i open the Box?

How do i open the box with tape on it i only have 4 gems and i have the wooden thing with symbols on it i think something else goes with it but i don't have that either
also i read something about getting some tape but where? i looked all over the Gem area and the office Help I'm stuck!!!

if you have the stamp like item you have to place the triangle, star, circle and square in the right order so you can use the stamp to pen the cabinet in the gem room that is just past the room with the box with tape on it. hoe this helps

hmmm I did that it comes up needing something added to it
