error 2 when i try to play

new here sorry I’m not sure how this forum works but hi everyone, first time post first time I’ve had a issue.

i bought and downloaded this game for mac, yes im sure i did it for mac, i have uninstalled & redownloaded twice. every time i hit play it does nothing. after i hit play a couple times the error 2 pops up and says i have too many games open which isn’t right because this is all i have open. i can’t get anything from big fish as usual. this is the first time i have had a issue. i played this game fine for the hr before i bought it.
any help would be great.
