Problem with Creative Sound only on Inca Ball

Playing Inca Ball (my favorite game) I have gotten the dreaded blue screen! Microsoft says;
Download updates for Creative Sound Blaster Live 5.1 Digital

This problem was caused by Creative Sound Blaster Live 5.1 Digital, which was created by Creative Technology Ltd.

To solve this problem, follow these steps:

Go online to the following website:

Creative Technology Ltd

Find SBL5DL_PCPatch_LB_3.exe, and then install it.


The problem is that website doesn't have the patch. I have checked my drivers, sound, everything I can think of but nothing indicates a problem. Have updated, performed a complete virus check and still no good. When I first downloaded Inca Ball it was all messed up, did an un-install, reinstall and now this happens. I can't play the game anymore, afraid of doing damage to my PC. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone, ANYONE have a solution, please.

I would try contacting Creative. It could be that they have since issued a later update with a different name.
