Hey there Everyone,

I'll be back in a few minutes to take a closer look at your posts, but here is the tech thread post:

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

Another "fort" game that loads and then dosnt load a screen even although it tells me it's running if i try to play another game, oh well more money saved, should'nt really try to play these games, never worked yet.
windows vista 64bit quad core pc

Edited: I just wanted to amend my post to say that I got such excellent customer service from Big Fish to help me figure out what was going on with being unable to see my cursor in this & other games.
It probably had something to do with a setting on the PC having to do with the mouse & now everthing si working.

I got to play the game for 24 hours no issues. Now the game goes to the do you want to play again screen. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice now. All of my other big fish games run fine. The company's other defender game plays fine. I am thinking that for some reason it is not recognizing that I bought the game. Help!!
