problem with the jigsaw portion of game

Hi I am having a problem with the jigsaw portion of the game. Every time we try to complete on of the picture puzzles, one of the peaces will hang up and the only way to drop the peace is to start all over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.. and I have restarted computer. Anyone out there have any idea how to fix this problem?

I have the same problem...I have no idea what causes it.

When you click on a puzzle piece, drag it to the area where the puzzle is to the space where the puzzle will be completed. Still holding the puzzle piece, right click on your mouse to rotate the piece until it looks as though it will fit somewhere on the puzzle space. Left click to place the piece into the place where the piece looks as though it will fit. If the puzzle piece has been correctly placed, it will briefly light up, and a sound will be heard.

Otherwise, if you continue to have difficulties, do a search on the Site link, and open the Chat window, which will connect you with a technical person.

I am having an awful time with the jigsaw portion of this game; I just want to look for the hidden objects, how can I bypass this part of the game Uhhh....HELP!
