cannot find things in list

Can any one help Im in the gear room and cannot find the plunger also in the room with all the cogs i cannot find the axe or the tree in the list of things to find.

Starsky, not sure if you gave up already and decided to go for a hint or started over and got a new hint, but I think I know what you are talking about. In the gear room the plunger is pretty tiny and it is like hanging from the ceiling almost mid-room, it is very discreet, had a little trouble myself. as for the room with all the cogs I dont really know what room you are referring too, but if I take a guess is it the room with the door in it and like the water in the middle too? if so the tree is this tiny christmas looking (pinetree) tree on the left side of the door on the like door frame and the axe well I dont remember exactly but I think it maybe on the right hand side by the lit up stuff, aw geez, that is bothering me now, im in the midst of completeing my fifth time through now and i cant remember for life of me. I'll keep you posted but hope some of that helped.
