If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

The code card that is supposed to appear on the screen once you have powered on Gray's computer does not show up?

the 3 d design .first time I got on to Masons Pc the 4 examples were on the right had side .when I went back to make the design they were no longer there , I have watched walkthroughs on you tube and they all show the 4 stages of the design on the right but the four stages on not there on mine I have took the games of the pc 4 times and reinstalled but still the 4 stages are not on the right hand side

I can't get the 3d printer to work. I used a walk thru and it shows it exactly as I have it, but Nancy never says anything and it is always a blob. After getting it the way it is on the screen I tried inserting and deleting every unused block but it didn't make a difference. I can't seem to advance until I get this part. Everything else has worked so far. I am using an HP Lenovo

 

Debugging log error?

I've played the game for a while and closed out. When I try to reopen it, I get an error message about Debugging log can't be found. HELP. thanks.

Playing the "amateur" game on a MAC- When trying to solve the "color Block" to imprint the security card, I was unable to get the green block #7 to rotate by "right clicking" I have checked my mouse on other programs and it is working!
