Hi,

I've just accessed the Dungeon and was told that the NPC Valeria would be there... Only she is not and the Dungeon is empty. Is this normal or is it a glitch that I need to report?

Have you completed all the other available quests? Or did you unlock the dungeon early? If you made the "bemusing potion" early rather than getting it as a reward then the empty dungeon is to be expected. If you still have quests or you haven't finished putting all the pieces for the book together then you won't see Valeria.
