...Twiggydw, a couple of other folks reported this problem. There's a couple of things you can try. 1) close the game and then open again. If that doesn't work (2) click on menu and press Replay. You have to redo the complete segment, but it may work.
(3) delete HE Amazon and re-download. BFG confirms you won't lose game progress except for segment not completed.
