The color of Murder

D i am stuck the 1st seen of "the color of murder".....i got 2 the paint can there was 2 gears there.........well heck..so what now? i seen em and it told me to run mouse over it.........(it moved the gears......now what? HELPPPPPPPP ty ty ty ty
