Blood sweat and tears

Can someone please help i have did everything open the holes and the gate
door will still not open. please help

You need to taste the puddles to find out what they are , the cup is on the right side . Then you've got to connect tears to tears , blood to blood , sweat to sweat . Don't mix any of these together , find the way and keep them separated . All the way down to the bottom. I hope this will help you.
