And since this is a "soft release" and the mods might not show up right away, here is some basic info they would post

"If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

*Finally, please reserve this thread for tech issues only. If you are seeking game play assistance (i.e. hints and tips), the best thing to do is to start a new thread in the game's Forum by clicking on 'Create New Discussion.' "

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

No matter how many times I play even as a new player, this game will NOT move forward past Zone 4 Level 1. I uninstall and reinstall, get to that point in the game after winning 3 stars at each previous level, and it just does not go on to the next level. I have done this twice now, each under a different player name, and the game keeps repeating at Zone 4 Level 1. The only conclusion I can come to is that the game was not finished being developed beyond that point, which means I got shorted by 2 levels on this incomplete game. Please talk to the developers and ask them to complete their game.

I've been playing for several days now with no problems and all of the sudden, the game will not load past the DareToDream screen. It just goes to black with the mouse icon showing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but same problem.

I have tried to beat Zone 4 Level 8, but it won't let me. All of my customers are leaving with 5 stars. I don't think there are enough customers to win the level or the way each customer is calculated when they check out is off. I noticed that the amount that shows up in the goal bar at the bottom is significantly less on the last few levels compared to previous levels. On Zone 4 Level 6 and 7 I was only able to get 2 stars after several times per level and that was once again with all of my customers leaving with 5 stars. I would appreciate help with this, so I can finish the game. Thanks!

I was almost finishing the game when all my progress was lost. It just stopped saving. Whenever I play the game I have to start it all over again from level 1. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it did not work. Please help. Thanks.

Got to zone 4 level 6 and can't get passed it. I actually got three stars on the level but it never went forward and kept having me replay it, which I did a couple of times hoping it would move forward. I stopped it, restarted it, but nothing. That's the end of this game. I have no desire to redo the game all over from the beginning as this is the second time I have done so. BF, can you give an update as to where we go from here?
