Just found a Glitch on Resturant 2 - when you upgrade the dounuts for the Candy bars it accepts the upgrade but doesn't give you the candy bars so when Customers order the candy Bars you can't Fill the order

Also found in restaurant 2 that when you upgrade the coffee machine it doesn't give you the black coffee. Have tried with new profile and still didn't work.

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

I hate it when Big Fish doesn't answer technical issues and redirects you to non-helpful, useless information. It is extremely irritating when all do this redirection to useless information.

Either fix the glitch in the second store, tell me how to fix it, refund my money, or give me a free game.

I agree with tandjhag, by the time we post here in tech issues, we have already checked all other possibilities. If developers and BFGs wants us to purchase the games, we should be taken seriously.
