Purchased

I purchased this game but it will not play. Tried everything but to no avail... How can anyone get either a replacement or credit. I have windows 8 and all the other games work fine.

if the game is asking you for a security key, go to BF help and follow the instructions. They have given me quick responses to the problems I have had with the games.
