Help!!! Fatal Error

I just got MCF Huntsville and Ravenhearst. I installed both onto my comp but they won't play. They keep coming up with fatal errors - no error code. I'm using a laptop with vista if that makes any difference. Both games are on retail CD ROM. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem exactly. Odd though as the game works on one Vista laptop, bu tnot on another and I get the Fatal Error message. Both laptops are Compaq.

Ah ha - I installed a new virus checker program at the weekend and it looks like it is that.

Turn off your virus checker as it may be interferring. I use Virgin PC Guard whereas I was on Norton previously.

Just remember to turn it back on again when you have finished playing.
