If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

Mac: Came Crashes at loading

Game was working just fine in the trial. As soon as I purchased it, the game crashes at loading. I have a Mac Book. All updates are installed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game from the purchases page but did no good.
Any ideas?

Seems like a good game if I could stop it from crashing. Have to keep reinstalling, then duster dissapeares, hint button stops working.!!

Same is happening to me the hint button won't work and I can't solve a puzzle so am stuck!

I bought the game, then went back to play it, and I was asked to buy it, so I went to my Purchase history, and got told I had to activate, then when I go into the game, I've got to start at the beginning, what on earth in going on?
I'm not happy, as I was near the end!

I use Windows 8.1, and I started the game with Windows 8.1, so it can't be that!
