ice cream machine?

got the key for the ice cream machine but cannot figure out how to make the ice cream as i cannot get the ice cream cone out of the holder to put the ice cream in. i am stuck here until i figure it out or get some help from you guys!! thanks in advance!
and also when does the hint button start to work?
