Strategy guide

How do I go back and forth between game and guide? Any and all help is greatly appreicated.

there is a button between alt and ctr with the windowslogo on it push that and madame fate will ,oops here is my english lacking, to the bottomrow and then you can start the strategyguide and look, but first put the game on pause, then click on madame fate and you can go on playing.
