Same here - game froze just as I was about to take the house key. Had to start again and now can't even get past the book - game just crashes. Tried uninstalling and re-installing - same problem!

Sorry guys, I know this isn't about this particular game, but does anyone else have the Game Manager problem, where I seem to be constantly deleting it from the Game Panel then re-installing it?

"Unable to init graphic driver" message comes up as soon as I try to open the game. I've reinstalled several times but I still get the message. I'm on a Mac, OS 10.7.5. My software/drivers are all up to date.

I'm having all kinds of problems with Game Manager! Error 1401 and 1402. Game starts in the queue then just disappears. I've uninstalled GM and STILL happens! This is the second time this has happened when trying to download a new game! This is starting to get old very fast!!!

Just wondering why you're putting off upgrading to OS X Mavericks, it's free?

oasis53 and addictedtofish, I'm sorry to see there have been freezing issues with the game. Below, I have provided a great help article with some troubleshooting tips that can get this sorted out.

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

handyfr, error code 1401 is an issue with the Big Fish Games app that can usually be resolved by signing out and back into your account. I also have some additional steps in the help article below:

Errors 1401 and 1402

If that doesn't help, please contact our Tech Support Team with a Dr. Felix Report. One of our Reps would be happy to help with these issues.

amyfrances, I also see that there have been some problems with the game's graphics driver compatibility on your Mac. I have some Mac-specific steps to troubleshoot these issues in the link below:

I've done everything suggested in all the help articles....signed in/out...uninstalled game manager...reinstalled.....STILL will not download! Starts up in queue with 'waiting to download'...then disappears!

If my OS is working perfectly, I don't upgrade until I want the new features. I suppose upgrading might help.

I'm sorry those links didn't work. Unfortunately, we don't really have a way to give you specialized troubleshooting steps here in the forums.

For only the second time since I joined BF in 2010, a game froze my computer and I had to wait while it "played" out the demo before I could get my computer back. I had exited the game and gone back in to look at something in the opening scene, and when I clicked on "skip," it froze -- the sound continued, but the scene stayed at the pictures of Stan and Bella. I did ctrl-alt-del and got out, but then an error message came up (which I couldn't click on), and I was unable to end task from Task Manager, because while I could move the cursor, I couldn't do anything with it. And just to make things more interesting, the cursor was the games cursor, not the system cursor. After an hour, it "ended," the Games Manager came back up, and I got my computer back, after which I hurriedly deleted the demo.

I'm having the same issue and wondering if you got yours resolved. I can't upgrade my OS as was suggested to you because my MAC is a 2006. I'm also on 10.7.5 and appear to meet all requirements to play the game.

When I went to the beach in Robinson Crusoe all I got was patches of white on a black background

I have deleted this game and reloaded but now it said I have played the trial. I would have bought this but I dont want to risk this happening again. disappointed

I'm at the clock in the Titanic bonus chapter/story, am putting in right time after placing clock hand and nothing. I try other times and nothing. Game won't acknowledge correct time or any other. Very annoyed.
